COACHING

No gym? No problem!

Whether your gym is closed due to current circumstances or life is too busy for you to be in the gym working out a few hours a week…

None of this gets in the way of our goals!

I help regular people reach their dream body by following an enjoyable, unrestrictive, sustainable diet and training plan.

Perhaps you are too busy to devise a plan yourself because you have an important job and family to commit to…

Or perhaps you’d prefer to leave any decision-making in the hands of a coach…

This is where I can help.

  • If you have a habit of overthinking your nutrition and training, you no longer need to.
  • If you are a professional yo-yo dieter and have been trying to reach your goals for a long time, those days can be behind you.
  • If you struggle with commitment and accountability, this can change too.

Is Online Coaching Right for You?

It’s important to note that this is online coaching.

I am not the right coach if you are looking for an in-person trainer who can show you how to use the correct form and motivate you through your workouts.

But…

If you want a coach who can lay out a long-term progress plan, stop you from second-guessing your decisions, keep you accountable, and tweak things to ensure you progress towards your goals…

Then online coaching is worth considering.

Am I the Right Coach for You?

  • I will NOT be a good fit for you if you prefer quick text message exchanges.
  • I will NOT be a good fit for you if you want to call me whenever you have a question.
  • I will NOT be a good fit for you if you don’t want to correspond via email and receive personalized, detailed, thorough responses.
  • I WILL perhaps be a good fit for you if you like detailed email exchanges that will be honest, upfront, and may challenge you to grow.

How My Coaching Experience Works

1. Go over your goals and formulate a plan.

I need to know your diet and training history (if any), your goals, progress, and the things you struggle with. If I think I can help, I will tell you what, in my opinion, is realistic and the changes you’ll need to make.

If we agree on the plan and estimated timeframes to get you to where you want to be, I’ll send over pricing information.

2. If you become a client, I’ll create an initial diet and training plan to fit your lifestyle.

This entails the number of calories you will eat per day, how the method works, and a workout plan explicitly created towards your experience and goals.

3. You’ll check in every week with your progress data and any questions you may have.

All you need to do is stick to the plan, and I’m here to help you do that and adjust things if necessary to stay on track to reach your goals.

Who Do I Work With?

I work with both men and women from all backgrounds who live busy lives but are committed to changing their health.

It does not matter if someone has trained with weights for twenty years or if you have never done so much as a single ab crunch before.

If you are experienced with calorie counting or not, it doesn’t make a difference.

The only thing that makes a difference is attitude and a will to make a change.

This is the most important thing.

Coaching Requirements

  • You are aged 21 and over.
  • You have no injuries to prevent you from working out.
  • You are financially stable with no credit card debt.

Email Policy

All coaching occurs over email as our correspondence can be in one place.

I can also commit to giving you my undivided attention instead of a quick, flash-in-the-pan thoughtless response via text.

If you are good with this, then we will be fine.

This, however, is non-negotiable.

The Application Process

1. Complete the pre-qualifying form below.

2. I’ll send you an application form with some questions to complete.

3. I’ll make some suggestions and predictions based on your goals, experience, and current condition.

4. Give me your feedback. If we agree on things, I’ll send pricing information.

5. If you’re happy with the pricing, we’ll move forward.

6. I’ll create a plan, and coaching begins.

Online Coaching FAQ

Why do you only coach and correspond via email?

My time is crucial, and I am on a workflow. I do not have the time to be caught up in questions via text messages as, in my experience, the answers to the questions I get asked require more details, and a quick one-line response doesn’t do it justice.

Also, I do not want to be getting phone calls every hour with questions. It is much easier to ask any questions via email, so I have a correspondence “chain” and can do your reply justice.

How much does coaching cost?

I only discuss pricing after speaking via email first but expect it to be around the mid-three figures mark.

How much commitment do you require?

I have a strict requirement of a minimum three-month commitment.

Clients tend to work with me between 6-8 months, depending on their condition when they start and their goals.

Once a week on a Saturday, you’ll check in via email, attaching a tracking spreadsheet that we use to log your data like body measurements and weight, etc.

I’ll also require a few words from you to give me some feedback on how you feel you’re finding things.

Do I need to eat super strict, clean food all the time?

Absolutely not. You will be able to eat the foods you love, including some of your favorite treat foods.

How often should I expect adjustments?

Honestly, as little as necessary. The perfect idea is that we don’t make any, but that rarely happens. We want to etch out as much progress as possible for as long as possible.

How do you take payments?

PayPal business account. Easy, efficient, and reliable.
